Dear sir This is manjunath,sir my grand mother(my mothers mother)she had three daughter in that she given her own property to her first daughter as a gift deed ,can she take back in court her property frm first daughter

No. The gift once executed is irrevocable un
unless it is set aside by the court on the ground of undue influence.

Agree with Mr. Devajyoti but there is one exception tha that the gift must be accepted in the deed, if that gift has not been accepted as written by the donee then it may be revoked on this point also and othere wise agrre with Mr. Devajyoti.

thank you sir,
as i said the gift deed has been executed in the presence of doner and donee,the gift deed has been accepted by the donee wilfuly.the gift deed has been executed by the doner in the year of 2002 this onwords till now we have paid all taxes, now grand mother saying i will take back my propery by the pressure of others.

it means she cannot take back in court ,dear sir donee want to transfer her property to her son is it possible?
