well this term has been coined to refer the laws which have been made specifically in favour of women.

better u read Domestic Violence Act first then come for specific query.

read the relevant provisions from IPC and Cr.P.C as well.

it depends
same time adultery definition in IPC
saying a married male can have unmarried female companion - not adultery
a married woman - can't have married or unmarried male
this is not gender biased

Interesting
British brought adultery law to India, but
their law does not have this
how is that - venemous thinkers
