Fsi & tdr calculation

Hello sir,
There is one query as regards FSI, TDR & saleable area. There are 4 questions.

If I have a plot of 1000 sq ft.
1) How much is the permissible construction?
2) How much FSI will be recived free?
3) How much TDR need to be purchased?
4) After the development how much loading will be added by the builder while selling additional area? Is it 1.6 times or 1.5 times on carpet?

where are you claoted . it would depnd upon development control rules .

an architect would be the ideal person to help you in your calculations
