Fraud with name of Service after sale.

Hello Friends,
Please guide for my following issue.

Before 4 months, i buy HP Laptop 550 @ cost of 29000/-. as i used it on regular basis, before few weeks, LCD of laptop was crash. So Service center give me new LCD for laptop.
But after 2-3 weeks of service, again there is a fault in keyboard of laptop. Now they are saying that "notch" of keyboard is broken, you have to pay the charges for repair.

Now as i know, quality of laptop is not that much good as i expected, and because of this i am facing all these problem in my laptop. even of mine friend having same issues.

Can anyone here please guide me what to do with those guys?

dear the best remedy is approach the consumer forum.

hope u ve the bill and document containing terms and conditions of the sale.

yes mr kiran is correct, u approch the consumer forum with all evidence of recards.

Thanks to all.
But they are saying that in damage of goods warranty will void.

But as i can see that its because of poor quality.

you can approach consumer forum under deficiency of service and unfair trade practice.

Before moving to the consumer forum (which is the last option) you have to write to the company's top officials about the nature of defect being manufacturing. Send a notice THROUGH some advocate citing it as a manufacturing defenct. I have seen no. of cases sorted out in the initial stages only withhout the intervention of court.
