Appeal in civil Suit pending before High Court. False Criminal complaint filed by Appallents.Now on false complaint FIR is pending before magistrate court .Respondent filed a CRLOP for police protection.But CRL OP dismissed due to pending of civil case.What is the remedy for poor respondent who is threatening by police and appallents?

Law shall take its own course so there is no option but to defend his cases vigorously and with full confidence. If he is an innocent person then definitely he shall get justice.
