Flats purchased under pagdi system.

my brother is going to purchase flats in mumbai but he still not satisfy the flat that he goes to purchase whether comes under pagdi system or not, the owner tell the flat is in owner ship and he has agreement of sale or purchase and power of attorney then what is important document relating to this flat that we can demand to show us full true picture of the fact behind this.

please help

well is society formed? cross check with secretary of society?

when your brother can afford to pay crore for flat in mumbai he can very well afford to pay legal fees.
