Hi,

I bought a flat in Pune in 2008 with parking which is mentioned in my Agreement, now recently the new Law has passed in which Builder cannot sell the parking area. Now some of the society members who have not bought any parking have started parking their vehicles in my parking. please advice what should i do.

Legally speaking, parking area is common. It can not be sold by the builder. Even if you have purchased it, the sale is not valid. you must claim your money back from the builder.
