Dar RAm,
U have to go to High Court for quashing FIR.

Mr. Ram,
U should challenge the FIR in Art. 226 of CoI before High Court for quashing.

you may file a WP for quashing if from bare reading of FIR no offence is made out. delay in investigation can not be a ground for quashing the FIR.The High Court may direct expeditious conclusion of investigation.
so far place of trial is concerned, after the court takes cognizance, you may file a transfer application before High Court u/s 407 CrPC .
