Dear sir/Madam

appeal is pending in the Session court regarding Interim Maintenance.

Advocate of Complainant submitting Applications in trial court.

can Respondent also submit Application regarding

If respondent having proofs/ evidences that the submitted application by the Complainant is entirely false .

sufficient evidences are present and the information provided by her are false and baseless.

can respondents submit and pray to Hon.Court that matter is of "Perjury".

under what circumstances Respondents can come forward to state facts with evidences that charges are implied to harass.

In the matter of Perjury burden lies on the Respondent or case will remain as it is?

important is she cannot prove any allegation as nothing present. thats why matter is unnecessary draging.

What application the other advocate submitted?

For execution? If the stay is not there, it is maintainable.

Perjury can be filed only after evidence stage is over.

You can file an application in the trial court to disclose your evidences in the matter if such application ignored u can seek redressal from the State High Court.
