False fir

A neighbour attacked me on 5-10-2012 and i was injured and hospitalized after the incident. i had given complaint to the police station on that incident and police had taken statement on 07-10-2012. i had been discharged from the hospital very next day ie. on 08-10-2012. but the police has prepared the FIR only on 10-10-2012 for which date is noted in the statement ie. 10-10-2012. it is clear that false FIR was prepared by the police for protecting the accused the accused is a politician and strong hold among the police however i have given complaint to CM,DGP and HRC but there is no possibility for urgent remedy from that end
any possibility for legal action ? please give me any solution for urgent remedy

You lodge your complain to JMFC asking Police investigation u/s 156(3) cr.p.c.

Yes. lodge complaint with Police. If police fails to act then file petition u/s 156(3) crpc in the court of Magistrate.
