false dowry case

respected sir my the police registed a case of 498a 323 and 406 againt my father and brother,now the two families of mine and brother's wife agree to compromise
please tell me the procedure for withdrawing the case,my father is on interm bail

Dear Sir,
Section 325 of IPC is non compoundable offence. Hence, you cannot file compromise petition before the court. But, the P.W. (i.e. your brother's wife)has to give hostail witness.
