False case against me on the basis of civil issue

One of my cousin file false case against me,and I proved it infront of police that their is no any evidence on such case.now I want to file case on him that he is filling false case and wasting valuable time both police and mine.so is it possible or not?

Whether police has accepted and dropped the case against you?

If yes, it is police which can file case against him.

If not, defend the case against you on merits.
