Sir,
I have filed a suite for declaration of my self acquired property along with share in ancienter property at my native place separately during 2005. Now court has ordered respondent to prove liability in respect of my self acquired property. My brother and father who are respondents are producing some of the receipts for purchase of cement and other materials stating that they have constructed the house which is in my name. further they are forcing the land owner of the land which is purchased by me out of money earned by my salary to say that they have given the land to my father. The land purchased by me 18 years back and is in my name. Will this be sufficient to prove that my self acquired property is also a part of joint property.
I have not taken any loan for construction of the house in that land but i have borrowed some money from departmental society and also from my spouse who is also working. My brother had obtained license from panchaite office in his name for sanction of water connection though the property is in my name.
Hence please guide me in this case sir.

Dear Shobhaji,
The land document stands in your name.Production of receipts for purchase of material can be created as we like.I don't think that will be a valid materialistic evidence in their favour.How can the authorities sanction water connection in the land owned by you in the name of your brother.So this part of the land is also a part of your joint property with your father and others.Who is the Kartha for the joint property?Has your brother installed the water connection in the part of the land owned by you,or in the land belonging to the joint property?
These are all the answers you have to mention for us to come to a conclusion.

The property is not a part of the joint property. It is purchased by me out of my own salary. And i have constructed a house there to live in that house whenever i visit with my family there. With my oral permission my parents and my brother were residing in that house. My father and brother are looking after the ancister property there.
