Extra ordinary leave

Sir,
I have joined at Aiims Jodhpur in 07/11/2017 as a grade 2 staff nurse.Now I got an offer letter to do a course in I Australia ( Initial registration of overseas Registraterd nurse).it is 9week Course.after completing it will come back.So I would like to take extra ordinary leave.So am I eligible for that????

Depends upon your being a permanent or temporary employee, which you have not stated anywhere. Apparently, with merely 3 months of service, you would not have yet been declared permanent. So, if not yet made permanent, not more than 3 months EOL would be permissible to you.

The course is for 9 weeks (63 days).
Relate with rules that are usually explicit and if required ask for clarity from experienced colleagues, seasoned employees/unions leaders, admin also.....

Did you seek permission of pursuing the Course from AIIMS before applying?
If not, you can not get EOL for the course.
