WHAT ARE THE OTHER WAYS TO RECOVER THE MONEY OTHER THAN CIVIL ARREST, PLEASE SUGGEST.

Once you have chosen civil action, there are no other remedies left open.

Civil arrest arises only when the other person is neither willing to nor unable to pay the decreed amount.

If he is a pauper, you cannot get money. If he has property court in execution will get you back your money.

he has got sources to pay the decreed amount. But he does not want to re pay.Delibarately, he is evading.He is one of theBoard of dirctors in a Financial Institution recognized by RBI.He has transfered all the Movable assets under his wife's name.
