INTERFERANCE OF POLITICAL LEADERS

Respected sir, in privte land one of the local M.L.A. was enterfeiring lost 3-5 years in my friends own land matter and it is not subjected to any govt land ,the problem is in these land some hut devellers are erected some huts in my friends land when ever my friend approched the hut dewellors to evecit the person M.L.A .is enterfaring .Kindly give me suzesstion how to stop the M.L.A.

your friend can start a civil suit for/against intruders!! your frends take helps to press also

Obtain injunction from a civil court.
