dear jagdish,

Cinematograph Act, 1952 basically deals with the certification of the films for public viewing.if the Channel showing such obscene material which affects the psychology of the tender mind without obtaining prior proper permission, then that channel is liable. but here banning the channel itself will not provide any remedy. the three boys are to be prosecuted under the juvenile offenders Act and probation of the offenders act only. you collect the material on these Acts and apply to your presentation. also take some cues from IPC. best wishes
