Dear sir please let me know how should i prepare the practicle file of law, is there any source from where can i get the format of file.

Your query is very vague. Practicle file of law what it means. You should make compilation of papers by putting index, contents, introduction, relevant points and headings, judgments, present position, conclusion etc., or else get the old format from your seniors or from lecturers.
