Tips for arguing the case

If any Petitioner-in-person/advocate wants to argue the case Please inform what parameters should keep in mind for arguing the case?
In othyer words what should one kept in mind such as His petition , reply,rejoinder etc he should argue of what kept in records or may give up his opinion etc

confine yourself to law and facts of your case....be confident and dont misguide the court.

You should have the mentality to win the battle and should well prepare as a commander leading the army in the war. You should very weel understand the case, evidence in support of it, defense and evidence in its support. The specific points in your favour and against. You should possess the well reply/pleading supported with relevant and latest law on the points against you and should thereafter come to your own case and should produce law. The way of argument is not universe and each advocate has its own technique to express the things before the court. do not overburden the court and try to be specific and reasonable.
