Sir
We some employees of a company want to form a society and purchase a land in the name of society, give it to builder and construct an apartment. Then transfer the individual flats to the members name. Is it possible if we form a society and do all the above activities. And please help us whether we can register in local office instead of IGR. As time taken for registration in IGR is more than 6 months.

You can very well form such society and can do as desired but this society is required to be registered with IGR.
