weather a signatory of memorandum of association of a education trust and whose name is in schedule 1 ..can be removed from the trust automitacally...wht if his name does not there in the election list

Your query is not clear, a trust doesnot have a memorandum of association and the trust deed is signed by the settlor and the trustees, in your case under what provision did you sign the schedule 1 is unclear. Clarify whether, the organization referred to by you is a trust, society or a S.25 company

if the members has passed any order in genral on memorundum of d association regarding dis dn it can be removed,
so see d rights of dt signetory authorty in d memorunum of dt association/trust.
