Receipt on stamp paper

can receipt of money be given on a stamp paper instead of putting one rupee revenue stamp on plain paper receipt?

its valid one but its not come under negotiable instruments, but you can claim if fail to repay the agreed amount.

Receipt given on Non Judicial Stamp papers does not have any legal value.
The valid vay to issue receipt is by pasting a revenue stamp on it.

Usually a Receipt Page in Sale Agreement , though signed for few lakhs of Rupees and Stamp Duty Paid, also of a L, there is no revenue stamp.
Does it mean, the said Receipt in Agreement Document is "NOT VALID"
if so, what revenue stamp amount required for a Cash/of say Rs. 30 Lakh consideration value??
