Can anybody tell difference b/w Titles regarding to immovable properties.
1)Perfect Title. 2)clear & marketable Title. 3)Absolute Title.
4)Exclusive Title
Among 4 generally to get loans from banks,which will be preferred by bank

bank will be satisfied with clear and marketable title to rpoperty free from all encumberances .

clear and marketable title - Ownership and possession of real property that is readily transferable since it is free from valid claims by outside parties
