Ins claim repudiated

Hello Everybody here !
An advocate seeks advice thus:
He insured his office with Oriental Insurance Co Ltd under policy "Standard Fire and Special Peril Policy".The building in which his office-chamber was located collapsed causing damage to his books,computer,fixtures etc etc.He complained & informed the Company.They deputed a Surveyor who make a claim far less than claimed by advocate with proof.The Surveyor however submitted that the advocate is not entitled to be reimbursed by the Ins Co on account of his Policy being "Standard Fire & Special Perils Policy".President Dist.Forum before who the advocate has filed claim on the Ins Co repudiating his claim is asking for a judgment that advocate still has to be compensated.
Could anyone please find one for this gentleman through our CLUB?
