Matrimonial dispute

1.wife filed police complain for 498A,withdrew the next day.amicable settlement done by police.took back her sthree dhan at police station.general diary done by police.started staying together.
2.after 6 months,self filed for divorce after wife deserted matrimonial home.
3.wife filed for 125 crpc accusing self for mental n physical torture and asking for alimony.
4.ACJM court granted 8000 rs per month as alimony.
5.self filed for criminal revision for the same verdict and asked to pay conditional alimony of 6000rs per month.order still pending.
6.In laws tried to file 498A again.police station did not take.as all concerned police station been informed prior.
7.Father in law filed false IPC 506/34 at his residing place court saying that i threatened him and has gathered 5 witnesses for the same.
8.self been granted bail for the same but finding it difficult to go to the court as it is very far.Can i take this case to high court for quashing.
9.also as i am working as a sea man and due to my duty, i have to go leave india and stay out of country very frequently.Can this case impound my passport?
10.It is difficult for me to be present for each and every date,my lawyer will be trying for the court to grant 205.
How to deal for this false IPC 506/34 case that i have threatened them by going to their place,which is totally false.
11.also my wife had been sending me sms on my phone throughout for the last 2 years, mentally torturing me.also the sms from her phone been sent on the date and also after the date of cause of action.

move to highcourt. as per your circumstantial evidence you have a better case but it is the lawyer who has to put it in better way. take a good lawyer and move in the highcourt. One of the case i was dealing in HIghcourt Mumbai, same circumstances prevailed but after we, moving against her strongly and on the records prevailing against her she came to compromised terms and closed the matter. you also can do the same. Move to highcourt immediately.

sir, i was arrested for 498A/406/34 IPC on dec 19th 2011 and was produced on court, bail was rejected.my lawyer stated that i am already contesting my divorce case and also paying monthly maintenence as per 125 crpc court order, bail was rejected.i was in jail for 14 days.got interim bail on 2nd jan 2012.also i have to go to local police station every week for haziraa.
the opposite party also stated that i will flee away for that my passport should be seized, that appeal was rejected by judge.
they have also put the names of my parents who permanantly stay in mumbai.
how long do i have to keep going to police station, as mentioned on a small diary that once per wk have to go to I/O.
i work on ships, will i be able to travel abroad later on.as my job invoves going abroad.or the immigration officer will stop me.what else can be done
