sir
i made an accident in which a 7 yrs girl left leg (lower part) imputed . in present situation girl's father are agree compromise and he is ready to give a joint agreement in court for compromise, i want to know if he do so then insurance case will be affected or not for claim?

If your vehicle was insured then it is better to contest MACT petition and let the burden shift towards insurance company and if vehicle was not insured or your driving license was not valid then make a compromise in the aforesaid petition so that dispute may be got ended forever otherwise it may create problem for you in future.

Settlement in MACT petition should be made and not outside.
