In the model trust deed of a charitable it has been mentioned as "(Party of the first part) hereinafter called " SETTLOR OF THE TRUST". Who could b this first party? the Government? the Public? Or someone else?

The person who actually creates a trust by donating property to be managed and administered by a trustee .

IN CASE THERE'S NO SUCH A PERSON- AND I WISH TO START A TRUST IN MY PARENTS' NAME WHO WOULD BE THE 'FIRST PARTY'?
