Meaning & Difference between interim & intercolutory order. help me to understand more if any case law supports the meaning of it.

Krishnamurthy Ramdas Iyer (Expert) 12 July 2011
Orders issued, when applications are made for reliefs.
No difference in words, both mean same.
Arun Kumar Bhagat (Expert) 17 July 2011
Against interim order revision lies but against interlocutory order no revision lies in criminal case. Interim order can be passed once under particular section and on its refusal same prayer can not be made but interlocutory application can be made even after its refusal before the same judge.
