What is the procedure for and documents required for change of name of the Company in BIS License/Certificate and Factory License?

You want to change the name of the company or give effect to the changed name? Is it a registered company or not.

Dear Sir,
The ABC Company is a registered Company which have acquired XYZ company which is holding a BIS License/Certificate and Factory License. Now ABC Company wants to effect the change in ownership of the licensea and certificate. Thus what will be the procedure for changing the giving the effect of the change in name of the company and ownership of the License/Certificate?
Is it necesary to provide the Factory License as a supporting document to get the name change in BIS records & Certificate??
