after my fathers death my brothers have taken away our share of property without our knowlege so can we do anything to take it back ,our mother is alive can they take her share of property also

Dear Anonymous,
From the way you have posed the query, it appears that it is your father's self earned property, and that he has not left any WILL.
In such a case, all the legal heirs of your father i.e. your mother, son(s) and daughter(s) being Class-I legal heirs have equal right over the property.
To claim your property, you have to file a partition suit. Consult a local lawyer.
