Under Which sec of C.P.C.should the Tress Passing Board should be put by the court on the plots which are pending in the court.

The courts do not put up such boards. If the party wants to display such a board,he can make an application to the court in this regard under Sec.151 CPC,get the permission of the court and make such a display stating that it is made under orders of the court.

Dear Team,

I would like to ask further query.

The plaintiffs were asked to pay court fee on the possession of sec 24 (a) of K.C.F & S.V Act,1958 in trial court.

The plaintiff's went to further appeal in Writ petition and there the High COurt ordered the Plaintiff to Pay on the cancellation of fradulent sale deeds which comes under Sec 38 after perusing the entire writ papers and documents.

So, can the plaintiff consider that he is in possession of the properties, as he is asked to pay on the cancellation of sale deeds.
