Deceased worked as clerk in transport co. died in night at the branch office of the co. during out of course of employement. aged 26 years working since last 3 years, graduate, dependant pregnant wife old age parents,
Where to file the suit for compensation if workman compensation not applicable?
Where to file the suit i.e. question of jurisdiction if died in one state permanent address in another state and living for working in third state.
by Whom the suit for compensation be file
if monthly salary was 3540/- exclude TA then how much compensation be expected to grant by court.

If the death has occured due to accident or the like,you can get compensation. If is natural death you cannot claim any compensation. Your query does not explain the nature of death. Please clarify.
