I am not conversant with Maharashtra Co-op Socities Act. but in so far as the co-op societies acts all over india are concerned, the scheme is the same. there is no difference .going by this,i would like to say that there is no such provision in the act enabling anyone to discinnect the water connection.

No not at all , it will be criminal liability under the mah rent control act., against all the prsons who have disconnected the essential supply.
