STAY - APPEAL

In the first week of march i won a OA regarding my promotion from the Principal bench of CAT.I would like to know if there ia a TIME LIMIT for the Respondents (Govt.& Pvt.party) to get a stay or for filing a appeal. THANK YOU.

30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of order

for filling of appeal prescribed time is 30 days.
