How a consumer forum derives its jurisdiction for adjudication of complaint made to it in respect of subject matter which is subject to an arbitration agreement between the parties

I don't agree with Ld. SKJ. Consumer complaint can be filed despite existence of an arbitration agreement.

Consumer complaint is entirely different even if there is an arbitration clause. Consumer court has got jurisdiction to entertain the complaint.
