Complaint under section 323,501 IPC

Dear Sir,
The complaint has filed a frivolous criminal case u/s 323,501 IPC and under the the scheduled castes and scheduled tribes ( Prevention of atrocities ) Act,1989.before the CJM.The stage is the case has not come up for hearing and thus the case is at pre-summoning stage.
sir, can you please advise us that what action the accused should take at this stage.

Sir we came to know about the complaint through unofficial sources.
Please advise at what stage can we go ahead with filing quashing under section 482 Crpc.

As the complaint is at pre-summoning stage so there is no occasion with the alleged accused to do anything. How did you came to know about the aforesaid case without even summoned?
