Hi All Learned Experts,
I want to put the query about legal remedies available where a person gave friendly loan to his friend they made borrowing agreement.After sometime he got check n presented in bank it was bounced and then his account was closed...How this fellow persue case against him also he did not gave any notice to him in this regard.
Remedy in N.I. act or in civil Law ?
Please advice me.

If the cheque is till having six months time from the date on cheque it can be represented.to proceed under N.I Act a notice is mandatory,when did the cheque get dishonoured?and when was it communicated to you?need to know all that to give u advice on N.I ACT case,u can file a civil case for recovery.

Thanks Sir,
The validity period of check is remain bt the prob is that account has been closed.
Now is it still with the ambit of N.I. n how to proceed the matter?
