the abcd are the joint owners of the property, they are made the sale agreement with Mr. E and F and give the power of attorney to Mr. G for sale of the property, and power of attorney is irrevocable, Mr. E and F pay the full amount of the sale agreement to the abcd, after 1 year Mr. G executed a sale deed in favour of Mr. E and F, meantime before excution of sale deed the executor of PA Mr. a was expired, that the question is, the entry of the above sale transation is rejected by the Mamlatdar for giving reason of death of Mr. a, in this case the rights of Mr. a is automatically survives unto Mr. b,c, and d, is there any reported judgement of Powers of Attorney Act,
