respected experts. my lady client desires to file divorce petition with in year of marrige..as her advocate I want to file divorce petition under section 14 of hindu marriage act. can i seek leave of court for filing divorce petition with in year of marrige by interlocutary application in family court. can i file both interlocutary application and divorce petition at the same time at once .plesae guide

Yes both main divorce petition u/s13 HMA and application under section 14 of HMA should be filled together.
Family Court will decide the application u/s14, before ordering the summon to the respondent.
