Property (class 2)

class 2 property - can be sell to other party(by doing registry) - is this possible .... if not then how to take legal action against owner of property?? where to complaint ?

Dear Sir,

The state government is proposed to come out with an order converting Class-II lands or conditional-ownership lands or conditional-ownership lands to freehold lands. You may lodge the complaint with the concerned Collector or the SDO where the lands are situated. In usual course registration of such lands are invalid.
