WORKING IN INDIAN RAILWAY AS SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER GWALIOR AS A PERMANENT EMPLOYEE I WANT TO TAKE A ARMS LICENCE FOR SELF DEFENCE, WHAT PROCEDURE REQUIRED FOR DEPARTMENTAL NOC,IF THEY DO NOT GIVE NOC TO ME SO PLS TELL ME WHAT I DO FOR THAT SITUATION

Send the application for NOC to competent officer through proper channel with one direct advance copy marking that original copy sent through proper channel.
