Sir, If a case is disposed by a Hon'ble Judge in High Court before 10 days, what is the approximate time further taken to get Judgement Copy?? If a Hon'ble Judge is relieved or transferred to other area in the mean while, before proceeding on to take new duties, what will happen to the disposed cases wherein no Judgment copy is still not available??

it will be available in record room, after the action on the file is completed. don't worry. ask your own counsel to obtain a copy of Judgment. You may also submit application request to grant a copy.

If judgement delivered, the same would be in record.

These days most of the judgement are available online you can download for reference.

Apply as per procedure for certified copy.
