Dear sir/madam,

last year my sister committed suicide. she left a death note saying that, husband, father in law, mather in law, brother in law, sister in law cruely harresed. they are only reason for my suicide.

after one month of my sister death all accused are granted bail.

Can we have legal option to cancel bail.

Guide me how to tackle.

Bail once granted is hardly refused unless there is ground like violation of conditions of bail, threatening the witnesses etc.

What is the ground that you oppose the grant of bail now.
Without any fresh case of violation of the bail condition, an application to this effect may not stand a ground.
