How case I.P.C 323 and 341 affect my career?

A case prakash v/s sarkar - I.P.C 323 and 341 is running in district court against me.Two years has passed away still evidences are going on. I am a doctor and my opposition doesn't wants to comprise, they just wants to ruin my career .So i wants to know :
1.*If i plead guilty and given 12 P.O benefit than how will it affect my career ?
*If selected i will be given government job or not?
*After plead guilty they can appeal for High Court or not?
2.If i fight for win and case remains pending then joining will be given or not?
3.If i forward my case to lok adalat and plead guilty there than what will be its benifits?
4.What does 12 P.O benefit means?

The matter mentioned is not a trial, but an appeal against a conviction. IPC 323 & 341 are triable by a Magistrate.
The author is trying to mislead the forum!

Sir, case is still on trial and the way case is procceding it looks that it will take two more year for result to come,on each date i have to travel long distance.....so i am thinking for PG.It doesn't mean i am in fault or afraid of lossing the case. Everyone knows easiest way to spoil someone's carrer is to logged false fir against him.It was my neighbour who logged fir against me.His childrens and me are of same age group.I am from poor family,i study hard and successfully become a doctor and none of his child had even passed senior secondary.Jealously he had taken his 45 years old wife to police station and falsely reported that i had tried to abuse her and fighted with both of them...but in the medical report their is no such sign.Only sign of simple injury like rashes etc are found on them....their main aim is that any how i should not get government job.I am not trying to mislead the forum....please help!

After fir i have taken in front of magistrate then bail was given to me and now the case is running.. .....

You will have to wait and contest the case till acquittal for getting/joining a government job. Pleading guilty will debar you from government job.
