Dear sir.
As per notification the width of road is 50 feet's but in major villages they are taking 75 feet's for making road with deviders ,that 50 feet's in first case already belongs to govt which they taken 20 years back ,in extra 25 feet's I am losing my commercial building which earns 15000 every month.can I apply for compensation. What is the procedure?I am paying tax And electricity bills for last 20 years.please suggest hot to proceed.

For any land acquisition you will get a notice and also the compensation awarded, your query seems that you have not received any such notice but the authorities are forcibly acquiring your land, it cannot be possible, hence you take the advise of a local advocate and move further as per his advise on the subject.
