(Querist) 01 December 2009 This query is : Resolved 
Previously our company was providing services from Co. A. now our employers have established co. B and providing all those services from co. B whcih was provided earlied by co. A. there is one bank with whom we hv an agreement with co. A now we want to change the agreement with co. B. I want to draft a board resolution stating that all the work assignment which was provided by Co. A is henceforth provided by co. B.

Kindly provide some draft board resolution.
