P.f.duduction

(Querist) 15 December 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sirs,
In my previous companies I have performed as below :- Any staff who attends his 58 years then Company's share fully (12% )in P.F.column & Pension column is zero.

In present company One staff has completed 58 years should we continue his P.F. as mentioned above 12% & 12% E.E. & E.R.
Do We fill 10-D for pension & submit it.

Employer decide as per norms/practices.Earlier some staff were clear their dues & again kept as retainer ship basis.No P.F.Deduction ,only P.Tax was being deducted. Till 60 years of age P.F. may continue to deduct (64 is the limit )
question is whether I can be firm as it is as per rule or not.
