Affidavits outside india

dear experts i require your advice on following matter
in one of my cases in delhi high court where i am appearing for defendant the plaintiff has filed application for amendment and impleadment of other parties..but as he resides and works in dubai so affidavits and applications are not signed here in delhi but in dubai and there is no attestation of affidavits in india yet the applications and affidavits are filed in court...
can u suggest as to what are the requirements for attesting affidavits in dubai for use in indian courts? and whether such documents and affidavits are admissible in court?

It should have been signed before the Notary public.
Section 14 of the Notaries Act, 1952.
"If the Central Government is satisfied that by the law or practice of any country or place outside India, the notarial acts done by Notaries within India are recognised for all or any limited purposes of that country or place, the Central Government may, by notification in the official gazette, declare that the notarial acts lawfully done by notaries within such country or place shall be recognised within India for all purposes or, as the case may be, for such limited purposes as may be specified in the notification."
