Contempt of court ?

In a consumer case, the order was made in December 2012 and was sent through Registered Post to Opposite Party on 30 January 2013, which restrained them on issuing any further advertisement with the word 'Guaranteed Jobs', but they repeated such advertisements on 07 Feb and 21 Feb 2013 in Times of Indian Ascent.

Does this amount to Contempt of Court ?

If yes, what is the procedure of bringing the same before the Consumer Court, if the same be mentioned in the Execution application will it be sufficient ?

Or separate application has to be made in specific format ?

In the execution petition you file an application to initiate contempt proceedings.

What are the consequences for the same to the Opposite Party ?

And will the complainant be required to appear before the court, while contempt proceedings go on... ?
