whether suit for recovery of amount filed by depositor after liquidation proceeding and deregistration of society is maintainable?

plaintiff had filed suit for recovery of ammount of Rs 18259 in the year 2001 against society which was goan in liquidation in the year 1986 to 1997 and Asst. Registrar of Co- operative society passed order of deregistration on 31.03.1998
